Cancellation & Return Policy

How much time does refunds take ?

Payment Refund is initiated within 1 business day of designer / Vendor receiving back the package.

Refunds are completed by baysideclothing.com within 3 business days. After the refund is completed from our end it will take following number of days to reflect in your account.

Refunds Via Online Payments (Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbanking):

1. Netbanking: 3 working days

2. Debit Card: 7 working days

3. Credit Card: 9 working days

Refunds Via Bank Transfer (for Cash U Payment / Cash Before Delivery):

1. 5 working days

Refunds are initiated only after all goods are returned in proper condition and same is confirmed with the designer.

For example

1. if you have made payment via Netbanking, it will take a total of 3 (Bayside Clothing Processing Time) + 3 (Bank Processing Time) = 6 working days.

2. If you have made payment via Credit Card, it will take a total of 3 (Bayside Clothing Processing Time) + 9 (Bank Processing Time) = 12 working days.

How can I return a product?

We have a customer friendly return policy – we will refund you the full amount. However, return shipping cost is incurred by the buyer.  We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that the below return policy is NOT applicable on orders that are custom made or custom stitched.

To return a product you need to follow these steps:

a) Send an email to info@baysideclothing.com with your order number mentioning the product you want to return and your bank details where you want us to refund the amount. Please ensure that bank details submitted to us are free of any errors.
b) Once an email is sent, you will receive a mailing address to which you can ship the product back and the date before which product needs to be dispatched.
c) Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well.

d) Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned and send an email to info@baysideclothing.com with the tracking number. Without tracking number, product can’t be tracked and can be lost in transit.
e) Once the product has reached and it is inspected to be free from any defect, your money will be credited to your bank account mentioned in step a).
If you have made an online payment, refunds will take following number of days:

1. Netbanking: 8 working days (after returned item recieved)

2. Debit Card: 7 working days

3. Credit Card: 8-10 working days

 

How do I change my order ?

If you want to add or delete items from your order before it is dispatched please mail to info@baysideclothing.com  with your order number and product details where you want modification.

 

 How can I cancel an Order ?

We want you to be 100% happy when buying products from baysideclothing.com Should you change your mind after an order is placed but before it is dispatched, we will be more than happy to cancel your order.  Please send an email mentioning your order number to info@baysideclothing.com.Please note that baysideclothing has a right to reject cancellation request. Orders that require stitching / customization cannot be cancelled once placed.

 

 How do I get defective Item replaced ?

We are sorry that the item received was defective in nature. Don’t worry! We will send you a replacement ASAP without any extra cost.

You need to notify us at info@baysideclothing.comof any damage (defect) within 48 hours of receipt of the product with the photograph of damaged goods.  We will ask you to courier the damaged item and back and we will reship the brand new replacement ASAP. We will cover the return courier charges for the same
